This location near Union Station was convenient. The lobby decor was especially nice. I found the staff helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast , it offered good choices.
I noticed the elevator made a loud noise.

excellent location quiet room polite staff basic needs
The hotel is in an excellent location near the train station. i received a quiet room on a high floor, away from street noise. This helped me sleep well. the staff was polite, and the room met my basic needs for a short stay. i could easily reach restaurants and cafes on foot within minutes.
The room was a bit dark. I had to keep the lights on even during the day.

My room felt very small. The bathroom was equally small. I also noticed there was no bathtub.
